Would you like to create more email addresses for your domain? It’s real easy to do.
Log into your control panel (http://www.domain.com/cpanel/) and click on the Mail icon which is the top left icon.
- Click on Add/Remove/Manage Accounts.
- Click on Add accounts at bottom of screen.
- Add the name or word you want to use in the relevant field.
- Give it a password. If you anticipate a lot of email change the 10 meg quota to unlimited and click on Create.
You’re not quite finished yet! Next you need to go to your email client, e.g. Outlook and set up the new email address. The username is the full email address you have just created and the incoming address is mail.yourdomain.com. Outgoing (SMTP) you can do the same or copy what you have for existing outgoing accounts through your ISP.
There, you’ve just created a new email address for your domain!
