Hi Kathie,
Fantastic. Thank you for setting up this blog. I didn’t realise there was such an extension manual for the cpanel. Thank you for sharing this.
Can I ask one question please - whenever I upload a file to my webspace - in particular large PowerPoint presentations which are 50 pages of just photos which I’ve reduced to as small as can be - it’ll take more than 20 minutes to upload and my client gets frustrated by this and after about the same time downloading at her end will cancel the download and wait until she can drive over to my place to pick up the presentation on a CD.
This is frustrating for both as I’m working on the presentation at all hours and she’s waiting for it and then it doesn’t work. Sendthisfile works but since I pay for my own website / space etc I would prefer to use my own place.
My husband and I have experimented as he now has a website and it seems to only take a few minutes to upload to his system?
Do you have any ideas as to why this might be happening?
I thought I’d post this question to the blog in case others were having similar problems.
Thanks again - a marvelous idea.
Kind regards
Debs
